Got my steps in today.
Took back on any calories lost plus some. Had Indian Buffet. They know how to make a lot of good food.
Can’t go there without overdoing it.
Better than I was before when I first started going, thanks to a medication change and some behavior modification/awareness of impact of large amounts of food.
Still easy to let go in there. Should probably talk more throughout meals, that might help.

Walked a long walk from the parking structure to class. Parked at the far end of the parking structure so this added to my steps.
One long walk there, one long walk back.
