Today was a great and active day. I went to the gym walking and in the gym i did following exercises for sets and reps for chest and triceps:
Barbell Bench press 5 x 10
Incline Dumbell Press 4 x 10
Bodyweght dips 4 x 12 (i am weighing 240 pounds)
Pec Deck 4 x 10
Triceps cable pushdowns 4 x 10
After the gym i went home to eat and then went for a brisk walk in the evening.
I managed to hit during the whole day above 10k steps.
