Here is my Actifit activity.
My target was to cross 5,000 limit and it has not been fulfilled. The app makes me active all the day. It also consume little bit energy but that's good for my health. Today, I have used it for running, gigging and aerobics counting .
It is necessary to do exercise everyday. But usually it is not done in a regular basis. Everytime, Actifit app reminds me about my health and the target to be done.
It has been thrilling experience for me.
