걸음 수를 조금씩 늘려보려고 노력하는데 매일 같은 일상에서는 쉽지 않네요.
운동을 시작하려는데 복싱을 염두하고 있습니다.
그러면, 하루에 3만보 이상도 가능하지 않을까 싶네요.
시기만 정해서 등록하고 열심히 해봐야겠습니다.
발목 완치되고 운동 무리없이 할 수 있기를...
