My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2019

지난달

今天很忙,孩子学校有国庆节节日的表演活动,晚上还开家长会了,今天的运动来不及完成了,今天介绍一下平时我做运动前的热身运动吧。
每天的运动前都有3分钟是热身运动,这个运动不太激烈,因为人体由安静状态过度到运动状态,需要一个适应过程。在开始运动前进行的准备热身练习,可以增加血流量,还能使体温慢慢升高,做完热身运动,再进行锻炼,身体适应的更好。

再来介绍一个运动吧,这个是我最喜欢做的跨步波比,波比我觉得是最难的,如果单独做波比的话,我是完成不了的,因为俯卧撑下去我起不来,这个跨步波比相对比较简单,但是能锻炼到全身的肌肉,是非常不错的一个动作。喜欢运动的一起来吧!
