Hello my fellow Actifitters. It's my pleasure to give my Saturday report. I stepped out as early as 6:15 am for my early jogging. After a heavy exercise, I headed to the field to play soccer. I play in the wings. 11 to be precise. After a while on the field, a guy I dribbled cleared me off the ground and I landed like a bag of rice. I thought I was only having a slight injury but when I got back and chased a long pass given to me from the flank, I fell and couldn't get up for 5minutes. Eventually, I limped home. When the pain was unbearable, I had to see a doctor that gave the necessary treatment. Feeling better now, but was told not to play for 3 months. I'm afraid I might not wait that long before getting back on field. It really hit me hard that I couldn't complete 15k counts to get a ticket for the competition. Anyways, my health matters most.
