Hello everyone. Thank you for visiting my page today. I'm getting better with my groin injury. In fact, I did a lot exercise and some physical activities. Played Tennis and worked around. I also did some push ups. Just 50 at once.
I've been very active before my injury and it still never stops me from keeping fit. Actifit brought out the long dead sporty life in me. I keep loving it. Yes, I love it. What about you?
