So I've added weight and peeps around me won't stop talking about it. "What are you eating?" , "Watch your weight!" , "Can't you see your mum?" Oh my! I'm tired of hearing this constant gibberish, lol.
Anyway I've decided to work out everyday, I'll register at the gym next week. But I'm starting with the regular work outs - jogging and doing some exercises.
I started today, jogged for about an hour, then did some exercises. Jeez! I was sweating and panting, can't remember the last time I worked so hard.
The journey of getting fit can be overwhelming, I hope not to get tired soon without achieving my desired results.
I seriously need that banging body!
It's my first time using this app, it's a good motivator. I hope to increase the count daily.
