마누라도 이제 운동의 필요성을 느끼며, 저녁에 걷는 운동 시작. 퇴근길에 같이 만나서 집으로 들어갔다. 같이 운동할 수 있으면 그것도 좋겠다는...

이제는 걸음수를 더 늘려서 운동량을 늘려보고 싶은 욕심이 생긴다. 걷기는 사람에게 가장 기본적인 운동이다. 여러 가지 운동들이 있지만, 부담스러우면 다른 생각말고 일단 걸어 보자. 걷고 걸으며 땀흘리면, 그것도 나쁘지 않다.
