Good evening actifiters!
Today was my son's 7th birthday. After work he had a friend over and we played on his new pogo stick and skateboard for a while. We ended up going bowling at one of the local bowling alleys. Boys had a lot of fun! After bowling, my son picked a really nice restaurant to eat at.
For the workout today, I was able to take two walks during my work hours. Nothing special but each one was a half hour walk. Some exercise is better than none right?
