दौड़ने का कुछ फायदा है अगर आप प्रतिदिन सुबह उठकर कम से कम 3 से 5 किलोमीटर रनिंग करोगे तो आपकी फिटनेस कभी भी खराब नहीं होगा आप हमेशा फिट रहोगे क्योंकि दौड़ना एक ऐसा व्यायाम है इससे आदमी की पूरी शरीर का व्याम हो जाता है इसलिए अगर आप अपने आप को फिट रखना चाहते हो तो पूरे दिन 3 से 4 किलोमीटर दौड़ना जरूरी होगा धन्यवाद
