Diet Mode Day 4: November 17 2019

Day 4 went well and I ate little for breakfast. I cooked it with the pineapple along with the cherry tomatoes as you can see above in the picture. It made me full thanks to the cabbage in it. From church back to home, I could not record anything but I decided to go for an evening walk which was successful.

The total calories that I consumed today was 500 kcal approximately. I did Some aerobic exercises in the morning and later in the night before going to bed. The estimated kcal burnt with morning and evening stretch with leg workout was 616 kcal.
