This is what my average weekly exercise regime consists of.
(Once I know my measurements and bodyfat percentage, I'll put that information in, but right now I'm still working the whole thing out....give me a week and this could change.)
5 kilometres fast walk.
30 bicep curls.
30 leg raises.
Walking up and down my apartment stairs.
Doing the cross trainer at the gym for 20 minutes on level 10.
Doing 1 hour of hot yoga.
