It's good to be posting again. Managed to remind myself to take out the old (new) Actifit app to count my steps. Decided to run from the office in Waterloo to Marble Arch to get the Central Line back home, thus completely avoiding the Jubilee line. My jog/run was a slower pace due to the dodging of pedestrians, tourists, traffic and all the other things London throws at you. Yet, I can see this being a route I take after work. It forces me to exercise outside my normal routine.
