There’s plenty of buzz around creating intellectual positive energy, but at wrong time, trick is in the time, early to bed and early to rise makes and man healthy, wealthy and wise, this proverb is practically real. Obviously early to bed and early to rise are factors of progress and development, Early morning hours, it has to be at least one hour before sun rise, at that time there is a powerful beam that brings the sweeping changes to human body and mind, but few people actually know why and what it will bring, To understand this, it’s necessary for me to travel back in time and examine it.
While reading the prophetic tradition of prophet Muhammed peace be upon him, I came across this wisdom, says, ‘’ May God bless the morning of my nation, (refer to below references): and Almighty himself swears by the morning hours, I learned potentially the most important lesson of my life, how you spend your morning determines your success in life, and guides you to become, a world-class at something, you won't remain merely average, because in the morning there is energy that helps human being system to recover or reboots nourishes and heals the organs and maintain the system in order, it's imperative for us to wake up early grab our share
all the productive and helpful animals wake up early in the morning and go to sleep early at night, if you see a notorious animal is wondering at night it's not a blessed animal, per say, for example the crepuscular species rabbits, cats,and foxes etc always can be seen at night, furthermore look at their value and their social status, but look at the cattles they are so blessed and important, they can be multiple in few and several months and look at the chicken, and it's an international high protein food. conclusively how you spend your morning determines how well is your:
