Election 2020

Sunday, October 18th, 2020; early voting has started in many states.

The current time in Washington D.C. 3:58 AM, Philadelphia 3:58 AM, Milwaukee 3:00 AM, and Miami 4:01 AM.

Here are the latest numbers from Worldometer:

39,979,677 people have been infected around the globe with Covid-19.

1,114,886 have died from the disease. 29,897,007 have recovered. 4% death rate.

The rest are open cases awaiting an outcome.

The Pandemic seems to be getting worse with record case numbers. Yet we’ve already committed to herd immunity for the time being so many people are still walking around without masks.

People are also voting, and keep pressing to have their voices heard in protests or rallies. Americans need to interact socially on political issues as Election 2020 grips the heartland.

Almost forgot about the Vice President debate and the fly landing on Pence’s hair. Now its dueling town halls on primetime. Not to mention the Supreme Court nominee.

A blessing for the Republican Party along with voting districts. These confirmation hearings helped to split the Catholic vote. It would have been easy for Democrats to rally for Biden, only the Democrats now stand in the way of a Catholic Judge who holds their views. This woman sat there as the Vice Presidential candidate grilled her over her record. She remained steadfast. Now Catholics are split.

Blacks, women, all up in the air as to the candidate that gains their vote in November. Experts agree it’s too close to call, with no way to predict the final outcome with so many variables from polling stations, to mail in voting counts. One man learned his vote hadn’t been counted and went in person. Yet how many people are really willing to look into their ballots final destination, and then walk in to a polling station?

Then there’s the Ukrainian connection that these candidates share. Once again adding a layer of intrigue and familiarity.

All the while the Pandemic continues. Hemp can save us all. Slowly the plants grow and pull pollutants from the air and the soil. Each year profits increase in little bit. Either way the new green economy could be taking root.
