I'm such a guinea pig these days. I love experiencing with new foods and/or supplements that can help me improve my life. 💁🏼♂️
Let me get this straight, I'm not a Vegan at all 🤣 ... I remember trying that "Vegan Lifestyle" many years ago for about 2 months but it wasn't for me.
There were tons of benefits being vegan but as a guy who lifts weight at times, I felt pretty weak (in strength) when not consuming meat products.
However, I learned a lot when trying the vegan lifestyle. I experienced that I don't have to eat that much meat anymore, just little amounts a day to keep my strength.
I've been supplementing vegan proteins for over 6+ years and I feel 10x better when doing this. It just keeps everything in balance is key.

This tasted amazing. It has the right amount of protein from hemp, rice and pea protein for that "complete protein" to maintain muscle mass.
Who knows... maybe when I stop lifting weights as I get older, I may just become 100% vegan in the future. 😉
What are your thoughts of Vegan Proteins? I think it's a good way to replace some of the meat consumption that people do in one's life to get much healthier.
