Pasta with shrimps in creamy garlic sauce
- 250 g fettuccine;
- 1 tablespoon butter;
- 300 g peeled shrimp;
- garlic cream sauce;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- a few sprigs of parsley;
- some hard cheese.
Put fettuccine in boiling water and boil until almost ready. Leave about a glass of liquid from under them.
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and put the shrimp. Cook for about 1½ minutes per side until cooked.
Add to them sauce, pasta and some remaining water after cooking. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.
If the dish turns out to be rather dry, pour in more liquid from under fettuccine. Sprinkle pasta with chopped parsley and grated cheese before serving.
