Potato casserole with minced meat
- 1 onion;
- 2–3 tablespoons of vegetable oil + a little for lubrication;
- 600 g of any minced meat;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 2 teaspoons of hops-suneli;
- 10–12 potatoes;
- 300 ml of milk;
- 1 egg;
- 150 g of hard cheese.
Chop the onion in small cubes and save on hot oil. Put the mince and fry, stirring, until the meat is cooked. Add salt, pepper and half hops-suneli and mix.
Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices. Beat the milk with the egg, salt and hops-suneli. You can use other seasonings to your taste.
Grease the baking dish with oil. Place half the potatoes on the bottom, spread the mince on top and cover with the remaining potatoes. Pour the milk mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover the form with foil and place in the oven heated to 180 ° C for about 40 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes so that the cheese will crust.
