Zap test on mainnet with real funds!

2년 전

I have been trying out Zap Lightning Wallet on mac and ubuntu Linux 0.4.1 beta with real funds and on mainnet(180 swedish kronor).Zap do warn you not to try mainnet. I am sorry to say that it won’t work on either of them. First I tried mac and I had to restart the update of the Lnd login update process many times cause it got stuck several times. I have kept it running over night. When I got it through it showed no funds. I tried Linux and recovered my wallet to that place. It halts at 100% and there I am. I am gonna continue to try that wallet with upcoming releases so check in to see the progress. //Ted

I have never heard of them @recreated, if you want to take of your own money to fund Steem I would recommend Coinbase, buy Litecoin and get an address to receive them to Steem with Blocktrades.

Yes thanks @flaxz I landed on Mycelium app and did that. Worked great. Then I downloaded BRD but I have not been running any funds through brd yet. That is mainly cause they asked more than a third in fees for a creditcard transfer! My Smålandsoul cried within... Which company has the lowest current moneytransfer rates at the moment, would you say @flaxz? //Ted

Ted don't use Bitcoin, use Litecoin instead, Bitcoin is obsolete when it comes to fast transfers, you either have to pay a lot for the transfer or wait for hours to complete, especially right now when the prices on Bitcoin is going up.

And as I said, just buy Litecoin with Coinbase, they are one of the largest crypto wallets and exchanges in the world, and you can use creditcard with them without having to worry about security.

I tried Coinbase and It was very good. Both in terms of fees and in useability. The process of uploading identifcation documents was a little bit unstable and took me a little bit of time and a few cursings!!! Thanks again @flaxz for the info!!!
