if you havent already, invest the time to get your body healthy, if you have flappy hands, flappy belly, flappy underarms, flappy thighs, flappy calfs. then stop this madness now, you are designed to be a human not a blob. your muscles are there for a reason , to be used and not to be degenerated in time. so it takes dedication to do anything daily, change your thinking of fitness. think about it as the food you need to survive, cos you only get older let your body stay younger longer. contract contract, use those muscles, be practical about it.
