New YouTube’s rules will cut some creator ad revenue by up to 90% in 2020

Yesterday i shared the new YouTube policies effective since next month. But these stuff right here came massively surprising. The terms FTC is bringing are just insane. Here is some explanation

The definitions are unclear and the fines are at $42,000 on top of the potential of loosing even 90% of your income in some cases.This is the biggest issue I see. The enforcement will become much like a Russian roulette.
