Hey Foodies, in the summer months is gets pretty hot and I don't like to make heavy foods or even turn on my oven because there is no need to heat up the house. I like to try to keep foods light and refreshing and this Green Smoothie always hits the spot. Make this recipe your own, when I am on the hungry side I like to add nut butter (you can also add protein powder) to fill up. Hope you give this cool refreshing smoothie a try! Green Breakfast Smoothie
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup Spinach
2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
Add all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is combined. Add to serving cups. Enjoy!
