November Run #9: Four Uphill Loops

I just finished a 4.113km running that lasted about 0hh:25mm:17ss !


Back to basics, one might say. It was a long working day spent behind the computer. Luckily we took a family walk with Puma in the woods so I got some fresh air after all. That and this late evening run with four uphill loops straight out of our front door.

The pace was steady and around 6 minutes per kilometer.

Now it's time to read some and hit the bed. Tomorrow I'll change the tactics and have a run first thing in the morning.
