Intervals 10x 400m

image

Today I did an interval session, started off warming up with 400 meters than I did 10 times 400 meters with 1-minute rest in between. The beginning was easy but as I reach rep 7 I started to feel a bit tired and was going less fast but in all, it went good and I survived it.I just finished a 4.95km running that lasted about 0hh:25mm:53ss !
