I just finished a 16.6km cycling that lasted about 0hh:40mm:0ss !
Here I leave my second activity with bicycle roller.
As you can see I can put more parameters. In addition to the pulse I can now measure speed, distance and cadence.
In the next activity I will give you the description of the device, photos and how to record the activities.
I tell you a little more about today's goal:
- Do not exceed 60% -65% of the maximum pulse (one day I already made a stress test to measure it)
- Maintain a constant cadence of more than 60 RPM
As you can see in the graphs, I have achieved these objectives. In addition to this, the graph shows how the pulsations go up as the activity progresses. This will improve when you do more activities of this type.
I still have the resistance of the roller in the first position. When I make the base we will harden positions.
