I just finished a 16.39km cycling that lasted about 0hh:40mm:26ss !
Sixth session of bicycle roller. Today I have increased the hardness of the roller by one position. I have moved to position 2. As you can see in the graph, the pulsations have quickly gone beyond 100 and the cadence has not been as constant as in the last activity. If I maintain this hardness a few days we will see what happens.
