I just finished a 6.07km running that lasted about 0hh:36mm:25ss !


Its time for my usual Wednesday run. I would usually be doing a tempo run today but with the Queenstown marathon fast approaching in a couple of days I thought I would take it a little easier than I normally would. I was also joined by for the run as she is on jury duty for the next few weeks. She was given the afternoon off so before she went back to work, decided to come for a run with me.
