MIX THE FOLLOWING
Potassium chloride =1 tsp (No Salt brand)
Sodium Bicarbonate = 1 tsp (Baking Soda)
Sodium chloride = 1/2 tsp (Regular Salt)
SALT - start at 2000 per day and move up to 5000+ mg of sodium per day (depending on activity levels and how big you are)
~4000 mg of potassium per day (NoSalt brand pottasium chloride is the best & on Amazon)
MIX THIS INTO AT LEAST A LITER or 2 OF WATER, sip it through the day. This will keep you hydrated and feeling good.

FASTEST FAT LOSS Possible = Rolling 48s/72s/96s (Rolling= single refeed and continue fasting)
Muscle Training Focused Fasting (slower fat loss but more muscle development) = Block Fasting 4:3 or 5:2
