Tomorrow I have a client that's getting us to do their meat for an annual barbecue that they are hosting for their company's staff. We're a couple of items, not too complicated. We're making for them our marinated selection of meats such as chicken wings, beef steak, and lamb chops.
But I suppose the highlight for this event would be the 200g ribeye steak that we're really proud to share with them.
I'm marinating it with some sliced garlic, Sarawak black pepper, salt, and the super ingredient; butter, lots of them!
I got the idea from a buttered aged steak that I saw online and decided this would be the perfect opportunity to test it out. It's also on a good piece of meat like the ribeye so I'm sure it's gonna turn out phenomenal.
It's pretty simple actually. I first season the steaks with salt and pepper. Let it sit while you get the other ingredients ready.
Slice up some garlic and some parsley then add it into the butter mix. Make sure the butter is soft enough to work with and then smoother it all over your steak. How much butter should you use? As much as you like :D
The event will be tomorrow, so I'll update on my blog here on STEEMit the coming week or when I have the pictures :D
