I always love to eat beef stew but it take a very long time to cook if you want to get the soft and tender beef.
Father in law bought the Ocoo Pressure Cooker a few months back from Korea but I don’t bother to learn to use it until I saw a live teaching on Facebook.
It’s really amazing... the beef is so soft and tender and the soup is amazing. The soup is natural sweet and it’s all came from the carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes and beef. I just add a bit of ketchup, vinegar, salt and soy sauce.
I’m falling in love with that cooker!!
