-Harina de maíz
-Agua

-Preparación-
Un recipiente con agua previamente salada al gusto, agregar la harina poco a poco mientras se amasa con la mano, al ver que ya esta omogenia la ya esta lista!
Ahora en una plancha o sarten previamente aceitado colocar la masa moldeada con la mano en forma de circulo, voltear cada 6 a 7 minutos por cada lado y listo!
Ahora abrir y rellenar con lo que gusten!
