Some said hunger could be taken care of when you eat enough food. I've been thinking through this for some time now because there are times you eat enough food and you will feel hungrier than when you've not eaten at all.
Lately, I came to realize that hunger is a reflex action; we can't control it, it just happens. Hunger being a reflex action, could be controlled by eating happily. A whole lot of food on the table can't subside hunger when one eats unhappily. Hunger could be subsided by having the much food you can consume and eating right and joyfully.
