STRAWBERRY GINGER BEET SMOOTHIE
- 1 1/4 cup strawberry
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 1 small red beet, peeled and diced
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1 1-inch peeled ginger
- In a blender, place strawberry, ginger, lettuce and red beet. Blend until all are combined.
- Add the ice and blend again until it becomes smooth.
- Serve and Enjoy!!
