LEMON GINGER TEA
- 1L water
- lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 small ginger, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- In a pot, bring water to boil. When it is already boiling, remove it from the heat.
- Add lemon and ginger slices into the hot water.
- Steep for few minutes, then strain and pour the tea into a cup or mug.
- Add honey and stir.
- Serve and Enjoy!
