There's always more room for more high density residential zones. This area must also be segregated from the highly polluted industrial areas.

I'm really enjoying the wide, tree lined streets in my residential zone, and the population density is only set to increase further as I plan to redevelop older areas of the map in the future.

Now approaching 50,000 citizens, it will be interesting to see what further development can do for various boulevards of "Cannes", which persists with its needlessly complicated river highway system.
