Attempts to fix traffic are made. There's a growing, growing problem of congestion even though there's about 43,987 alternative routes to navigate through the city.
I'm very quickly learning that if you can't have people go where they need to go, cities die. That causes people to die. There is only so much that can be done with tweaking things - and sometimes, letting things find their natural order is the best thing to do.
It is a shame that not everyone is enthusiastic about public transportation.
