What's up Steemit community?
I haven't posted on here for ages and have recently started making videos again so have decided to now share them on Steemit.
Today is the start of the gym videos. I've been training for quite some time now, but this is Ricky's first week training in a long time.
This is a pull workout, I went maxed weight on deadlifts in this one and Rick kept it light, cause I don't wanna scuff himself up in the first week.
