I went through the trouble of listing this because I have to show to some who may not have followed the link. My interest lies in number 1 and 2, they are the'myths'I believe others not so much. I believe that coconut oil contains saturated fat and is a staple of the keto diet which I follow. No diet is best for everyone but most diets if followed properly are good. So no one should go beating up on the ketogenic diet if you want to know more there's a Facebook group (Ketogenic living) that has members with amazing before and after pictures while on keto diet, I'm one of them. Keto is great for the body and brain just do more research on the topic.
