If someone has heart disease and ear disease then do not practice this yoga. Really if our livers is bad, we will practice this yoga regularly . This yoga increase our backbone power . This yoga helps our body balance perfectly . It increase our thinking power , idea power , and memory power . It refreshes our body and mind .It increase eye power . It removes us from teeth disease and head pain , eyeless .It removes hand arthritis , leg arthritis ,. It removes us consplition. If we can travel very much . It increase us physical power . It helps us spouse and nerves . It reduces us extra meat . It increases us strength . It helps blood way to run.
Backbone is valuable asset in our human bodies. So if we will practice this yoga regularly , we will keep our backbone simple .
