👋 Hey all friends in hive , this is so easy recipe , I wanna share it here so u can try it to , I was up late to put everything together here and I put much effort making the Chinese translation to all CHINESSE friends on hive 😁

⁠⠀

𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦⁠⠀

•lb. bag Naked Raw Shrimp, thaw & pat dry⁠⠀🍤🍤🍤
⁠•2 Tbl · Fresh Garlic 🧄 (i used dry garlic ), chopped⁠⠀
•1 small Onion , chopped⁠⠀
• oil olive
•Pinch · Red Pepper Flakes⁠⠀
•¼ Cup · Dry White Wine (use what you drink!)⁠⠀
•½ ea. lemon juice⁠⠀🍋 (add zest if u
want )
•oregano
•basil leaves
•1 Tbl. · Cold butter slices⁠ 🧈
•¼ Cup · Fresh Chopped Parsley⁠⠀⁠
• spinach
•3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 🧀

𝗠𝗘𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗗⁠

  • In a large skillet over medium heat,melt 1 tablespoon butter with olive oil.

  • Add garlic 🧄and onion

  • Season Naked Shrimp with Salt + Pepper. Add to pan, shrimp should sizzle when they touch the pan.⁠⠀

  • Do not overcrowd pan or move shrimp until ready to flip*⁠⠀

  • Cook 3-4 minutes.⁠⠀

  • Add wine, spinach , lemon juice, and crushed oregano flakes and simmer 2 minutes,

  • then add Parmesan and let cook 2 minutes more .

  • then add cooked angel hair and toss until completely combined

  • Garnish with Parmesan cheese 🧀before serving. reserve them warm⁠⠀🍲🍤🍤🍤🍤

-Low heat

  • add lemon juice (add zest lemon 🍋 if u want to )
