Four teenagers were arrested yesterday for allegedly stealing the cellphone of Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III in Manila.
The teens, aged 15 to 18, were arrested in the Quiapo district. The youths allegedly sold the phone for PHP30,000 (US$623) with the help of a woman who said that she wasn't aware that the phone was stolen, Unang Balita reported. The woman will stand witness against the youths.
