맛난거 먹으려면 운동해야죠

나이를 먹을수록 대사량이 떨어져서 먹는거에 비해 살이 많이 붙죠. 운동량을 꾸준하게 늘리던지 먹는양을 줄이던지 해야하지만 말처럼 쉽지않습니다.

이렇게 맛난걸 먹으려면 운동해야하는 수 밖에요.
하루 만보만 걷자고 다짐하지만 주에 두번정도만 하고 있습니다.
다음주 부터는 홈트 시작해 봐야겠습니다.
