Spirulina is one type of algae that is commonly found in central African lakes. It's a human and animal consumable alga that can be seen in the market as power or in the shape of medicine tables.


Spirulina is full of nutrients like vitamin B, vitamin C, vitamin E, and beta-carotene. It contains not only vitamins but also minerals, antioxidants, chlorophyll and phycocyanobilin. Spirulina is considered a vegan protein source.

Spirulina has amazing health benefits. Some of us have allergies inside the nose and swells up when dust enters inside. But spirulina can help reduce these allergies. It can relieve nasal inflammation.

The cholesterol level of our body can be reduced if we consume spirulina. As it can lower cholesterol then it can be said that spirulina also can decrease blood pressure. Moreover, it can reduce heart-related diseases.
