Good evening all hope you had a wonderful day.. Today I will be writing about one of my favorite sauce VEGETABLE EGG SAUCE>please read through.
Food is one of mans greatest asset, its taste adds pleasure to life satisfying the soul, its aroma awakens the senses triggering the brain to think and imagine, its sight pleases the eye adding color and beauty. Food also identifies culture, taste, background and economic status.
The vegetable egg sauce is a delicious dish enjoyed by many ,young and old alike , its origin is French but has been enjoyed by many cultures, it is easy to prepare and can be served as breakfast, lunch or dinner with plantain ,yam or potatoes.
seasoning cubes, curry, turmeric
yellow, read and green bail pepper
STEPS IN PREPARATION
Boil your yam or plantain then set it aside
put a clean pot or frying pan on fire on low heat ,when hot add your onions and chopped vegetables fry for a while and add your tomatoes allow to cook to taste or until the tomatoes water dries.
add your seasonings ,spices and salt to taste you can add your pepper at this point or mix it into your beaten eggs before adding it to the sauce.
when tomatoes cooks to taste add your beaten eggs and keep stirring under low heat.
NOTE; allow egg to cook at interval and ensure its done properly
increase fire a bit when the egg is done for 1 min and put off the fire, your egg sauce is done and ready to eat...yummm!!!
serve with any drink of choice. ENJOYY.
