This was all done using the pointiness plugin on the Geometry node. All it basically does is to make cavity and creases have a darker shade than other parts of the model. It basically mimics a real life lighting situation and adds realism to your models and render.
This is a render is done using the Suzanne model in blender ๐Ÿฅฐ
