... pea soup.
For that you need:
▫️3 - 4 medium potatoes 🥔peel!
▫️1 onion 🧅 and 1 clove of garlic
▫️400g Peas (have organic peas from the freezer)
▫️600 ml water
▫️spices, salt and pepper
Put everything in a pot and bring to boil. When the potatoes are done, mix them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
For garnishing I used wasabi peanuts, hemp seeds and oat cream.
Peas are not only delicious but also healthy. So 100g of peas have 5g of protein. They also contain valuable vitamin C, iron and magnesium.
