... Yes, I splurge and have a great cheeseburger every now and again, I live a very sedimentary lifestyle at the moment. So eating like that wouldn't do me any favors. Ive got enough issues. Haaa but my vitamins levels are low. The best way is through grass fed organic foods/ produce etc. Nutrition needs to come from life. Its how its always been. Whether a plant or animal its always been a life for a life. Thats why I say don't eat foods from a box. Make it. Its better for you.
So this little odd combo is one piece of provolone cheese and one piece of hard salami rolled up. A side of cottage cheese, a tablespoon of chia seeds and green olives.
