These are two young chickens. I bought these two chickens from the market this morning and brought them home. After bringing it home, I first sit for 5-6 minutes to heat the water to remove the fur of the two chickens. Then when the water is hot I pour it in a pot and put the two chickens in that hot water so that the fur roots are well softened. If the base of the hair is well softened, it is convenient to lift the hairs and it comes up smoothly as soon as it is pulled. However, when the roots of the fur of the two chickens became soft, I picked them up from the water and sat down to remove the fur. Then I gently lift and clean the fur of the two chickens and wash them better with cold water. Then I give the two chickens a little heat over a little fire, because if there are any small hairs left, they will also burn. Then after heating the two chickens in the fire, I cut the meat into small pieces with a fork and wash it again with water and cover it in a pot. I just left the leg pitch two big because I like to eat leg pitch this way.
Then I cover the two chickens in a pot and peel 5-6 medium size potatoes. At the same time I peel the onion, garlic and ginger. Then mix the onion, garlic and ginger in a mixer. In the same way I mix cumin, pepper, cloves, cinnamon and dried chilli together in a mixer.
Then I fry the cut potatoes in mustard oil like light red.
Then I put the cut meat in a pan and add salt, turmeric and mustard oil. Then pour all the mixed spices on top of the meat. Then I spread all the spices well with the meat and put the pan on the stove to tanned the meat well. However, when tanning the meat, you have to knead the meat from time to time, otherwise the spices will stick to the bottom of the pan. In this way the meat should be stirred up and down until the meat is well tanned. Then when the meat is well tanned, reduce the oven and add the fried potatoes and water. Then raise the oven a little and cover it so that the meats are cooked well. Leave it like this for about 15 minutes and reduce the broth a little and actually turn off the stove. When the meat is fully cooked, the broth comes in a nice color. It tastes great to eat white rice with young chicken broth.
These are basmati rice. Basmati rice is very tasty to eat. Basmati rice has a very nice smell and this rice is famous everywhere for this smell. I usually eat other rice at other times, but in meat or biryani I use bamboo stick or basmati rice. But today I have used basmati rice. I use basmati rice more in meat, because it tastes better and tastes better. Moreover, basmati rice is also good for the body because it contains vitamins and minerals.
