Vine leaves (Dolma)
is a dish made of rolled vine leaves and other plants stuffed with rice, vegetables, spices, sometimes meat, and more. The origin of this dish goes back to Turkey,
where it was cooked in the days of the Ottoman Empire by stuffing grapes with rice, spices and minced meat.
Then it moved to other countries in the region such as Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Egypt, the Caucasus and Greece
